I've taken several road trips since I started this thread. Right now my Raptor is just over 16,000 miles and about to take another road trip. Anyhow, I haven't really bothered with calculating fuel economy but it has improved a lot. The ironic thing is, I've noticed I get really good fuel economy at higher speeds? In town I get about 220-235 miles on a tank before the low fuel indicator kicks on. Road trips are easily 100+ miles more per tank. I just did a 4-5hr trip doing roughly 80-90mph and got 330 miles with just under half a tank left? I'm guessing the needle was going to start dropping rather fast after that. I also did a 5-6hr/350mile trip on a single tank of fuel with plenty left over to make a couple of around town stops before the low level light kicked in the next day.
My Raptor is still completely stock, outside of a spray in bed liner and Mobile One oil/filer.
