GEN 2 Best way of getting yellow stickers off sun visors?

I didn’t use the WD40 after the heat gun once I realized it came off the same without it. I just heated the sticker for about 3 minutes and it peeled right off. Before I realized it though, I headed then sprayed a rag with the WD40 then rubbed it into the hot sticker.

I was looking for something else and discovered these. Another forum suggested it may be a bad idea to remove the yellow stickers if you ever plan to trade because the dealer would require them.
