Looking to do my IC soon, are there any on the market that would interfere with Multiple light bars behind the grille? I read all 34 pages and someone mentioned no issues with a 30” light bar but I just put in the dual M&R one which has the upper and lower LEDs. Looking to confirm, thanks

From the research I’ve done, you will most likely not be able to squeeze a light bar behind the grill if you go with an FMIC. If you go with a stock replacement, I don’t see how it would get in the way of an LB

That’s what I’m thinking, just afraid even with a stock location IC what if it’s slightly taller and doesn’t fit with the 2 bars

And the only one I can think of that may intrude is the Wagner as it sticks up a bit but in that case you’d have to have your LB super low

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. When guys talk about a FMIC (front mounted ic) they are not referring to the stock location. They are talking about relocating the ic so it sits in front of the radiator and trans cooler.

And if you just replace your ic in the oem location then it will not interfere with any aftermarket lights being sold now.

I just installed the CVF intercooler in black. Nice piece of equipment. Install was easy with my buddy providing an extra set of hands holding everything up while I bolted it in.

Was considering the Wagner, AMS, and now CVF. I’m assuming there won’t be any issue, but for those with the CVF, is anybody rocking the ADD Pro bolt on front bumper? Just want to make sure they will jive together. Thanks in advance

I'd be surprised if any issues with the "plug and play" intercoolers. I have a whipple IC and had zero issues installing the ADD bolt on bumper. I did both myself and were very straightforward. I would expect the same with the CVF IC.

CVF is confirmed fitment with the ADD Pro Bolt-On. One of our clients was the first one to confirm. The AMS and Wagner won't fit with that particular bumper.

M&R will fit with a FMIC.

I’ll take another with the shutters cut to spec as well, if anyone is interested.

Coupled with Cobb AP, custom Goose tune for 92 oct and my Cobb intake, it’s killer!

I'd be interested to see photos of the Garrett retaining the shutters. It's my first choice if that can be done.

I just purchased my MPT tunes and now looking at Intercoolers. Trying to stay stock looking in appearance and adding a little extra to performance. Considering the following, your input is appreciated. Thank you!

CVF Titan IC
Mishimoto
Wagner

Not concerned with aftermarket bumper options.

CVF imo. I have it. No issues. Stays cool. Lots of good reviews. Good price good quality. Mishimoto def not. Wagner seems like another good option but CVF for me
