Best contact for Build Date?

So [un]fortunately my car sold my car much quicker than anticipated. Now I am a lot more pationate about actually receiving my truck...

Is the dealer who I ordered the truck from the best contact for build date updates, or is there a secret contact that I can't seem to find?

Just got my vin today. Scheduled for delivery on 21 Jan. I figured how to get my window sticker using the vin, but do you know how to get a build and delivery progress update using vin and/or dealer #?

Thanks. The only thing that looks like it has a build date in it is this==> 01/05/2012. I guess that makes sense for a 21 Jan delivery. Very exciting!!!

No, the top of your sticker has a # about 10 digits or so and the last 5 or 6 is your build date. I forgot which.
