I was just wondering how your guys' bedrugs are doing that dont have a tonneau or a canopy? I know the obvious pro's with the bedrug but, nobody really lists the cons of them can someone shed a little light on the subject before i plop down the cash on one?

I don't have one, however I would think that it would hold moisture for an extended period of time after a rain when not covered. To me that seems like it would lead to rust for any scratches or weld joints that are not protected by paint.

I have seen the same thing happen on different trucks in the past. I would rather go with LineX every time verses the cheaper route with a bedrug. Especially because the LineX lasts for a long time. But, the downside to lineX is that if you go with the cheapest coating, it does have the chance to rip or get scrapped off depending on how hard you abuse it. But, honestly, I've never been a fan of the bedrugs to begin with. Just my opinion though. Just do you bro.

That looks real nice.
How long has it been like that and is your raptor in a garage daily?

Installed beginning of April, so it's practically brand new. So far has been through dirt, mud, snow, rain, etc. Hose it off and it's back to looking like new. Sits outside during the day, garaged at night. Drinking a beer while sitting on the tailgate is now a lot more comfortable as well.

Thanks for your reply this is pretty much the same conditions im going to be in being the pacific northwest.

When you hose it out or after it rains how long does it stay wet? Also when it is wet is it squishy like feeling like a typical carpet when it gets wet? i know its got the rubberish backing and the actual rug portion is actually polypropylene (which is basically plastic) but, just curious as well.

It's really dependent on weather/temp. In the sun on a warm day, it dries pretty quickly. Otherwise seems to take overnight to completely dry out. And yes, it's similar to regular carpet when really wet.
