Hi

I just got a Bak Revolver x4s Tonneau cover installed on my 2024 Raptor F-150. I really like it so far.

It is mostly waterproof but I see some water leak in from top of the tailgate, and tiny bit from the bulkhead. Any recommendations or tips on how I can improve the seal in these areas, without interfering with the automatic tailgate operation?

Are you still experiencing any leaking? First check that the clamps on the rails are tight, and that the bulkhead seal is in place and the cover is resting on it. Adding silicone to the corners at the bulkhead can help to stop leaks in that area. If the rails aren't flush with the top of the bed rail, that can sometimes cause leaking at the tailgate.
