Sorry to bump an old thread, but I needed to give MAJOR KUDOs to Morrie and Bak Factory Outlet!
It's been well over a year now, but I had issues with my Bakflip F1 where the top was starting to bubble or the clear separating or something. Hard to describe. I always keep my truck mint and clean so it really bugged me. My bakflip was out of warranty, but Morrie still got me taken care of. He went out of his way, got my cover replaced at no charge, and even covered the shipping for the new one and sending the old one back. I was really impressed with the customer service! Top notch!
