It's on my list of things to do. The issue comes down to how many amps whatever you wanna plug into it pulls. Lights and charging phones, etc. is easily managed, but when you want to run something like an electric cooler you might find you need a reasonably sized inverter that can handle that kind of amperage. The stock inverter on the back of the console is pretty much only good for charging and powering pretty small stuff.Has anyone successfully added a power outlet in the bed? Thinking of using it for an aux led light, charging, electric cooler etc.
Like this, doesn’t even need to be as fancy lol
Good to know. I was thinking of just pulling the power from there to run to the bed. Guess ill find another way lol.
i do have a 400 or 450 inverter but idk if it’s enough for a cooler(haven’t looked that far i to it yet).
Ill have to look into that “shore” power idk what it is. If this is a better option and not to much more cash i may swap over to that way.
