One reason I choose Line-X over the factory spray in liner is, I prefer how Line-X removes the bed bolts and the factory sprays over them.

I don't even see how this is really a valid point for or against one or the other.

Please explain why it is such a big deal.

It looks better for one and if you need to remove any of the bed bolts or the access panel on the tail gate you don't have to chip away the bed liner to remove bolts.

I don't use my bed for anything other than the occasional moving an item or helping a friend. I went with the Weathertech liner and I'm happy with it as it has a 2" lip that should protect the sides a little of something rolls around. My previous truck I just had the rubber mat.

I don'the like sending vehicles out for work either, so went with factory spray and going to run Ford rubber mat. I don't need to slide things in the bed so rubber mat works well. And not as mellow yet as you, so take a picture of odometer if ever leave my vehicle somewhere......which is seldom.

LOL hamster, I used to do the same thing! Wait.......why do I have recent photos of other vehicles in my phone :ROFLJest:
Maybe mellowed out a bit...but not a pushover.

I am 1000% satisfied with my factory bed liner. I even have a Ford Logo sprayed into the forward part of the bed.

Me too but it's far from a work truck. Looks sharp and appears to be of good quality for most of us. Hard to believe the bedlinen is cheaper than the factory graphics.

Mine isn't either, light duty and I didn't have to leave it for two days to let's some genius joy ride.

Anyone have a 'Bed Rug' with a factory spray in liner? Thinking about doing it just to protect the factory liner.

I never had to leave my truck overnight at the Line-X dealer. I just waited in the waiting room for 2-3 hours. I also keep peaking in the shop window to check on progress.

Is a bed liner even needed if bed is aluminium an will not rust and resist denting more. I really don't haul gravel or the likes so it will be mostly my dirt bikes. Sounds like bed liner is mostly for hard core construction or contractors no?
