Had Bakflip for 5 years. Liked it but had remove completely if using bed for bikes, hauling etc. cuz didn’t like no viz out back. Ither downside is no system to put gear on top.

Just installed Ridglander w bike racks. Love it so far.

Agree roll ups take up too much room.
Let’s see the ridgelander

Actually, I run my MTB under my bakflip, laid down in the bed with its front wheel removed. I carry as many as two MTBs this way, utilizing an old moving blanket. Could probably fit three if I wanted to. I imagine this would not be possible with a rollup cover's magazine. I bought the CS/F1 and run kayaks on the removable ladder racks. I don't care for the design of the uprights or the price, but it's the best option I've found for my uses. If I need, I could rig up my Thule cross bars (from another car) to carry the MTBs over the cover; CS has full length rails that can accept attachments.

As a bed cover, I've found that once one has corrected the sloppy factory assembly*, bakflips are pretty good.

*In 3 bakflips, I've had to correct incorrectly installed self-tapping screws one of which captured the pull cable to open the cover, incorrectly drilled holes, adjust the latches on all of them by unscrewing and then sliding the latches out or in...

When you open the Bakflip up all the way, you have to lean it against the back of the cab and window and it completely blocks vision out of the back of the window, correct? Thanks

Correct.
