Glad to hear that worked for getting your build date . Hope my dealer is telling the truth.....

I have no reason to doubt them. That info came straight from the regional rep, dealer didnt care either way. They were not happy that I had to drop options that I wanted.

No, I hope MY DEALER is telling the truth, not your dealer. My dealer is telling me taking the forged wheels off will not expedite my order.

Ahh, totally misread that! Yeah agreed - did you IM Ford Service on Facebook?

I'll try that next; I've been dealing with Ford via their online chat on fordvehilces.com. All the reps from the online chat have actually told me that taking the forged wheels off will further delay my order in the que. And the dealer, as I mentioned, keeps saying, "No. Eliminating the forged wheels will not expedite your delivery date....".

I was waiting and waiting - dropped beadlocks and CF and had a build date almost instantly. Now I just have to figure out what to do for wheels, hate the stockers. Was going to order beadlocks from Detroit Tire but they jacked the price up.

Its only 1350 if you give them stock wheels. BL were like 1100 as an option. So basically only paying for shipping.

I talked to Rachel at ford service on Facebook and this was her reply. This was on 1/17/17. My truck was ordered on 9/6/16.

No news yet; we’re still waiting on a VIN and build date. I’ve heard that rumor through other customers, but not officially. I have seen orders been scheduled that had the bead lock capable wheels. Let’s check again next week!

Rachel recently told me the exact same--forged wheel constraint is just a rumor.....no information she has says such things.

For anyone that's interested, I have a set of OEM beadlock capable wheels and tires about to come up for sale as soon as my replacements come in.
