Come on, people. The FP team is just the messengers, they don't schedule or build your damn trucks. These folks are pleasant and patient as you all call in daily for updates on the same Raptor. Cut them some slack and be a little classy.

Being rude to call center folk in general is bush league. 99% of the time they’re not the cause of your issues. Be human. Yea it sucks. It sucks you’ll likely lose value on your trade. I’m in the same boat, but that’s life, especially right now with all the supply chain issues across just about every industry. If you sold your truck without having a replacement in this environment, you took a gamble and lost. That’s your fault not FP.

They have been awesome to work with and are really nice people (which seems to come in short supply these days). Really sucks if people are taking it out on them as if they've got any control over the situation whatsoever.
