It may pick up a tad bit of power if any,(20 seems high) but the internal gears in BBK throttle bodies are often a soft metal that degrades over time which can lead to stalling and limp mode issues.
We haven't experienced this on a Gen 2, but we have experienced BBK T/B's on 6.2 Raptors and Mustangs for the better part of 20 years. We had a 2011 mustang with a BBK T/B here that kept going limp and stalling about 1 month ago, a stock throttle body was the remedy.
In our opinion, if the throttle body is not a Ford OEM unit or an Accufab, normally the quality is not there.
Wow, perhaps they caught on from over the years...
First I've seen of a BBK offering OEM electronics and hardware, that's a big step in the right direction.
I'd like to get one and tear it apart.
