It didn’t make any power difference for me, even with big turbos. However, I didn’t have any problems or leaks either. I would loosen all the bolts, make sure everything is reseated, and then crank everything down.

How is the green oring? Mine got pinched originally and i bought a new one. I’d remove the tb and check, then reinstall. If it keeps giving errors i would contact bbk and see what they have to say.nikhsub1- thanks
should i try to take it off and re-do it? its a pain to keep resetting cobb ap all the time.
