Do you have a custom tune ? I’m pretty sure that’s the problem.

Turbo engine can respond in weird way even by changing an intake.

The BBK is a solid unit, well built I think it uses OEM electronics. The TB on the raptor was SOOO tight when unscrewing the 4 bolts. It could be that I just don't have it tight enough. I'm gonna tighten it a bit more tomorrow morning. FWIW, the code doesn't pop up all the time, it's random so that lends weight to what WHYUMAD is saying...

I have one, I installed it when I installed my AMS intake tubes so I can't give you a real good assessment of the TB by itself. I am having a CEL though, leak detected between the TB and the intake valves... The thing is tight so IDK.
What is your assessment of them together?

Yeah, I never had any major issues. It was usually a random code thrown once in a blue moon after a WOT punch.. the throttle body wouldn’t close fast enough when I let off & throw a code for maybe a second. This happened on my GT500, Gen 1 Procharged Raptor, & Hellcat. It didn’t hurt anything, but larger throttle bodies tend to cause issues (some BIG issues, such as tuning for those giant Whipple mononlade TBs that would have surging issues on GT500s which is why the dual blade ones were favored due to their smaller diameter blades). I also recommend stock TB housings due to the reuse of the stock electronics...makes things a whole lot easier & honestly, it looks stock & dealers can’t tell if it’s modded unless they start taking stuff off. For an oil change, they won’t be able to tell.

If you only throw a code like you’re saying, you’re fine... probably won’t ever get rid of it though tbh. It’ll just happen from time to time without any issue. Cars are sensitive when it comes to air flow.

Are you using a torque wrench to verify that you’re applying the correct torque? Enough snapped bolts have taught me that applying German torque isn’t worth the hassle in the long run, so if you’re not using a torque wrench, please do. If you still have a leak with the proper torque You most likely have a gasket issue.

Use some silicone between the two seals to seal it tightly.

I’m putting one on this Friday. With Mishimoto coolant expansion tank. I’m at 532/552 to the wheels with my full race kit and hoping to get torque closer to 600
Do you have any YouTube videos?
