Base F150 vs Raptor Frame Specs

In 2010-2011 Raptors, the frame would bend under undue stress right under the front of the bed. Ever since then, all Raptors have reinforcement in that location to keep that from happening. There are a few other locations (mentioned above) that received reinforcement.

3 different thickness of F150 frames.
Lightweight 0.087"
Std Frame 0.10"
HDPP Frame 0.11"
Not all frames are available in all wheel base.
The lightweight frame is used with many 2.7 EB variants.
The HDPP frame is for the long wheelbase version of each cab in some tow packages.

Does anyone know the thickness of the Raptor frame?

Great video explaining the uniqueness of the Raptor chassis. Even the power steering unit is brand new and not shared with lesser F150’s.

I was going by what information was available on F150 frames. I would think they are hydro-formed, so thickness would very. Because we are soo much heavier, I hope are frames are even thicker.
