Banned and Confused maybe Limited and Confused or just simply Confused ????

Yeah, that's what happened to me too. I was Motoxer back "there" and had a really enjoyed passing the time while waiting for our Raptor, learned a great deal and made new friends. I even started a new thread once we got our truck, thanking everyone for being so cool. I came here to expand on what I found there and, BOOM! Can't post, can't PM... What good is Z to me if I can't post? Then I get an e-mail from ESAD telling me about the new exciting 6.2 thread that I should check out. I took that opportunity to say to him, "For some reason my account is now limited. Why is this?" He came back with, "This may not be permanent. But what you say elsewhere may make it so." WTF it THAT? A threat? Ooohhh, I'm shaking...NOT. The sad thing is, I will miss the people and the camaraderie on the site. The good thing is, most of them are showing up here and it seems to me that this site's moderators aren't hung up with a god complex! I mean honestly, who does this guy (ESAD) think he is? He talks to me like he's my father scolding and warning me to stay in line, or else! My Father died 2 years ago, so guess what? Keep your self-righteous attitude to yourself. Last time I checked this was America and I'll go to whatever websites I choose to and I'll express my opinion the way I see fit. I was taught the Golden Rule and I try to live by it, which is why I did not respond to Clay, because he would have gotten my opinion, all right. I'm sure he will read this anyway, so whatever... That is no way to moderate or to lead. People are not on trial here. Treat people with respect and you'll get it in return. Ok, ok, I'm stepping off my soap box. I just had to get it out. I am PROUD to be a part of this forum and to "hang out" wit my homeys here!!! :cool2:

John, well said with integrity intact. Ironically, I heard about this site over at LXforums where I have always respected Jason and the way he does business. I enjoyed Dan's threads/posts over at Raptorforumz and thought I have lots to learn so I joined over here as well. Not more than a couple days later I was banned. I bashed no one. I am a Navy SEAL who learned about Raptorforumz while heading home from Afghanistan in January after hearing about the Raptor. I had three weeks home before redeploying to Iraq to shut things down over here. I never spoke a bad word about Raptorforumz and only because I was a member here was banned. WTF? Oh well, I'm sure I'll learn more here and be able to engage in insightful dialogue without fear of retribution. Ironically, being over here and meeting with folks who lived under the tyranny of Sadaam Hussein and are now able to enjoy basic liberties like television and internet that they once would have been thrown in jail for, has made me appreciate SVTOffroad and realize what a dictator ESAD is. Sorry for the diatribe...it's 4:30am here and I'm finishing an 18 hour work day!

Thanks for your service Bud! It takes someone with your experience and service to put things into perspective. This country is great because of all of our service men and women who put their lives on the line so we can stay home and enjoy Raptors and forums.
