Baking 2013 Oem's

Has anyone tried baking the 2013 oem hid's to open them up?

Want to paint my housing's black and not pay $600 for used housings off ebay.

The only OEM's Ive baked are my brains.

You might find someone with an FX4 that has black headlights wanting to swap for a set of gray Raptor headlight housings.

Raptor Retrofit has, should just ask him about it. I went with the FX4 ones myself.

I used a heat gun on my 2012s. I just did one side a time and slowly went around and was able to peel most of it apart by hand and used a screwdriver to cut/pry what I couldn't get by hand.
