I installed the F1 Bak Flip about 16 months ago and the thing is amazing in how the material has held-up to the Phoenix Arizona sun and other elements. It looks brand new.
Personally I like the (slightly) textured panel look with the truck but since I seldom peek under the cover, I can't testify that water has never entered the bed area although I've never seen any signs of moisture. Of course, we're not exactly the rain capitol of the Country either.
Whichever model you pick, I have no doubt at all about the quality being there.
