Thanks. And does the harness exit out the side as well?

(i'm trying to see if I can integrate it into the front grill but don't have access to one of your lights)

The harness does exit out the end cap. With our current overmold design this doesn't add any additional length or interfere with universal mounting solutions.

I installed the ONX6 today and will test it out in the dark. But how would I use the green wire that could dim it? I can't hook that to a second up fitter for a "low beam" bar can I? Not sure I'd want to waste a switch for that but curious about my options

To activate the mode feature on our XL and OnX6 Series Lights you will need to wire the green wire to an additional switch. From there it will need to be wired to a ground.
NOTE: OnX6 and OnX6 Racer Edition Lights require a Momentary Switch.

Hey Bailey, any chance the regular onx6 will fit in the 30" brackets behind the grill on a gen 2. The S8 is neat and all with the amber back light, I just don't think it has enough lumens to justify buying and installing one there personally

The OnX6 30" will not fit behind the grille. The housing is too deep and interferes with the grille fins that open and close.

Appreciate the quick reply! I think I'll evaluate how much more light I need when I get the rest of the lights installed. Just got my XLR-80's mounted at the A-pillars over the weekend. Just not the same as a 50" Onx6 arc across the top of the windshield!
