It actually takes us longer to respond to most status inquiries than it does to process the original submission...
First off, I really appreciate FRF supporting vendors who participate here, innovate, bring things to the market that we want and use, and we’re all fortunate that you guys are bringing cool stuff to the market place. Like Baja Designs.
How about having your web guy put up an e-form? hear (read) me out. once it’s electrons, it’s more easily searchable, easier to back up, easier to manipulate and deal with. Plus, with an online submission form, you can also link a ‘check your rebate status’ script, etc. I’d bet you would spend a significantly less amount of time typing responses in threads like this, allow you more time to develop and post up about newer, cooler $hit for us to talk about.
Oh, and easy financing terms.
