2023, 16,000 miles - Was getting all the low battery indications (features not working, app features not working, failed OTAs etc.). Two weeks ago the dealer charged it and said it was good to go. A week or so later my OTA updates were still failing. I called in and Ford said my battery was at 57%, and must be at 93% or higher for OTA updates. I called the dealer back and told them what support said. Brought the truck back this time they said the battery failed and was being replaced under warranty.
Hoping I now get an OTA update since I haven't had one since July, 2024.
