Okay I guess I better get off my ass and do a write up 3 weeks late.... [emoji51]. Welp boys she finally made it to Mississippi... ordered on 7/15 cancelled on 1/16 reordered on 1/21 built 3/7 delivered on 3/24 so I booked a plane ticket that day for 3/27 to go pick her up! When I got to the dealer all my paperwork and financing was already complete long distance so it was a very smooth process. So I went out to the bay and checked the beauty over and over for rust, engine covers, proper tires, paint condition, matching seat belts, pretty much everything everyone was talking about. Thankfully everything checked out and I had no issues at all. Here is some pics from when I first got her.
So a few days later it was time to hit the road for my 1800 mile road trip. I was a bit nervous considering people talking about the tranny issues and the weird things that have popped up but that feeling was over shortly into the trip. First thing I must say is WOW this truck rides like a damn sports car it's simply amazing. I still can't believe how quiet the cabin is it's almost odd lol. Next thing that made me say WOW is the power. This truck straight shit and gets no questions asked. Now for the exhaust note I will say yes it pretty much sucks but I myself have gotten used to it. Also once you hear those turbos whistle and feel the performance this thing has I got over it quickly.
Next is the tranny. It was shifting a little hard and looking for gears the first 500 miles or so. But since it has became a whole new tranny. I am very impressed at how responsive this thing is and yes it smoothed out.
After 24 hours of driving I finally made it home averaging 15mpg going on average 80-85mph with a strong head wind for about 1k miles so I was impressed with the gas.
First things first I got rid of the ugly ass wheel wells. I painted them myself with a paint gun and plasti dip ($40). 3 weeks later and 3 trips out to the desert they are still solid with no chips.

Next I decided to put in the biggest mod of them all... license plate bulbs. Shout out to @Nick@Apollo-Optics for the product. I went with the mid level lumens.

Next I did the wheels. 17" method con 6 black. Shout out to @CUSTOMWHEELS4U for making this happen.
I have more things in the works like lightbars, fog lights, mud flaps, vinyl work, etc. I will post updates when I get them completed for you all.
Okay I'll shut the hell up now. Hope this helps out the new guys. Feel free to ask questions and I'll help out the best I can. Time to go get a beer.
