Auto start/stop permanantly disable - youtube

Long story short get a trailer light connector and connect it and auto start/stop will be disabled as long as its plugged in. No need to hit the button each time you start the vehicle.

You can but it resets after you turn the vehicle off so it does the same thing the dash button does, its not permanent.

I am hearing that the trailer light connector trick messes with the rear camera though...Not 100% sure though.

All set with that. Not driving around with a ***** sticking out like that.

Just check which slots are connected and shunt them with a wire to trick the computer thinking there is a trailer connected, so no ***** behind just a wire or 2 hidden by the connector cap

This is the way to do it.

I'd just wedge something in the side of button to keep it pushed in. Just a thought.
Find a piece of Black plastic that has a corner or 90 bend in it cut it like an "L" this will cover the little yellow/Amber light.
