Guten Tag Herr Soldier64! Where you stationed at? You get used to driving on these narrow backroads. Most other drivers will yield to you, but you do have to pay attention to what you're doing at all times.

As far as mods go, use the hobby shop/auto service skills center/whatever you want to call it and they can help you out. They should have a lift and a complete set of air tools. I do all of my work there.

For warranty work, ENCS has a link that will direct you to all authorized Ford dealers in Germany. Warranty & Extended Warranty Locations | ENCS.com That should get you started.

If there's anything you need, or you're ever in the KMC give me a shout. I've taken mine through countless logging roads (closest you'll get to the desert), an offroad park in France, there's a trip to Boserwolf in May, and a 90% chance I'll be on the Nurburgring this Sunday.

We really are lucky to have the auto skills center, not many other jobs give you full access to lifts and air tools.

I know. I've saved lots of dollars by being able to work there instead of having to pay someone or take leave trying to get it done in the driveway.

I ordered mine last March while I was still in Afghanistan. Then once I got home, it was done being built and delivered. One thing though, as many people on here know, and I am discovering, the truck is just a downpayment on the accessories. I told myself the truck was perfect as is....stock...then you see all these mods whether they be performance or aesthetics and youre like...DAMN I want that... I have had the truck since last June, and since then I have been TDY 4 times (9wks total) and I'm deployed again till May.....ish.......:wtf2:

Thank you all for the kind words! Our auto skills center got shut down at my base and I have to drive about 40 minutes to use the one in Katterback which hasn't opened, yet. Either of you gentlemen do the mid perch mod at the ASC? Do they have spring compressors and the tools required? I left my toolbox in florida when I moved here...
