Ya I know. Have yellow covers coming.... They do also pivot so I was planning on pointing them up or slanted
If.you need yellow tint film to use before covers come in let me know. I have plenty and can bring it along.

So what is our game plan on digging up a diamond? I'm not driving half way across the country just to drive my truck and hang with a bunch of sweaty raptor owners in the 100 degree rainy Arkansas weather! Well.... maybe I am. But it would be cool to find the right rock along the way.

Wilson suggested big big deep hole. Do we have to fill it back in? Who is bringing a wheel borrow?

Thanks.. I might hit you up on that. I picked up some 3M amber lens tape.. But it's straight yellow...

On camera it looks like

But in person it's yellow hah. Need to go pick up some red since they don't seem to have an orange amber...

Yes you have to fill it back in but at least it's easer than digging it. Big on top because it will narrow as you dig. Ladder five gallon pails you can bring as much dirt as you want home.

Yukon,

Got your files. Thanks... But i don't have a GPS. Does one of those files work on an iPad app?

If not, can you send just a route of some sort for us to check out on Google? If it's too much trouble, no need.

As for diamond digging-- I'm bringing a shovel and a bucket. Then renting everything else there. I'm in the "digging for the experience" and if I happen across a diamond... Great. If not..oh well.

Strap one truck to another and spin tires to dig then winch it out. Then grab diamonds before getting chased out of park.

The tint film I have is yellow but I will toss some in the truck. Have blue too if you want to be different.

If you run an iPad check out motionx or Gaia GPS. The gpx file works for both.

Google maps won't overlay the route unfortunately

This will be fine. During the day you will want it pointing mostly straight back. At night you will have to slant them to the side. That's what @shooterAMG did for snoball.
