Mcgards dont fit right

So I just got some Mcgard 64074 (Black Bulge Cone Seat Style Lug Nut Set) and had them installed. Looks like they aren't the best for the gen 3 raptor 801a. There is a very solid silver ring between the wheels and the lug nuts from where the factory did not paint the wheel. I think I am going ti return these and go for black oem (yes, the 2 piece ones) or some aftermarket off of Amazon. Attached some before and after pics

I not sure if they don't paint those or thats just wear.... I think the later. I'd have to look at mine.

Also I assume those arent tuner lugs right? You need the big bulge lugs.
