They aren’t adjustable when mounted as the reservoir lines and shock tower are in the way of rotating the collar with a wrench.
I would disagree and say yes they are with resi lines. On driver side to add preload you are pulling clockwise. Passenger side you will be pushing clockwise.
Spray lubricant into the threads and unbolt the 3 top nuts to allow further travel to release as much tension on the coil.

Go buy an Icon spanner wrench and use the straight end then to make 1/4 turns on the exposed holes where you cant use the fox spanner.

I would like to get someones opinion, wasn't planning on any suspension modification's yet, however the wife purchased a pair of Eibach Pro-Lift Performance Front +1.0“ Leveling Springs for2021-2023 Ford Raptor. My truck is the 37pkg and concerned the ride might suffer and also be too tall for a standard garage.

What are some of your thoughts?

Ride will definitely stiffen.

I currently have a 1.5 color on my 37PP, still fits inside my standard garage by about 2 inches. So height wise you should be okay unless it is already a close call. I can't speak to how springs ride.

They rode better than collars, but nothing is as plush as OEM coils, except for aftermarket coilovers which are the bomb

No, not my stock bypasses, the King Triple Bypasses click like crazy. I had them on my Gen 2. The Fronts were untouchable with performance and I loved them, but the rears, though they performed phenomenally, they were a nuisance driving on the street as it sounded like you had nickels in your bed every time you hit small bumps, very annoying as a daily driver having loud bypass valves.

I really do not wish to lift the rear as it is sitting perfectly for my needs and I don't want to start chasing. I may also just get a set of Fox Live Valve Front coilovers and leave my rear shocks alone. This way I do not need to disable my live valve and I can set where I want them. I just do not like the Fox Coilovers as they are impossible to adjust while mounted on the truck, so when you install them, it is a shot in the dark if they are going to be at the ride height you desire. Having to remove them to adjust and pray is a nuisance, and highly expensive when having a shop do the work.
Bypass clicks are sweater than an angel singing.
