I normally get something new every 2-3 years. But this is the first time I can’t think of any other vehicle I’d rather have than my ‘17. Especially since you can’t get avalanche anymore. It’s been perfect.

I am getting $44k trade on mine. Why trading it in? It has been an unreliable headache plagued with issues since the day I ordered it. 2 year old truck that has been in the shop 2.5 months for various issues.
Damn that sucks. You going to get another one, newer model ?

Sorry man. 18 months and 26k miles, my 18 has not a single issue. Don't be discouraged. There are Friday cars and Monday cars.

I had a 2007 Volvo S60R, in 110,000 miles, in was in the shop 17 times. I bought it as a CPO with 11,*** mile. the CPO saved me over $24k in repair bills. Still loved the car, but had to dump it when the CPO ran out.

Every brand / model has good batches and not so good batches.

Go to CarMax if there is one around you. They'll give you an offer that'll be around what trade in is. It'll give you an idea of what trade in is for your area. You'll be surprised, sometimes they'll give you a lot, other times it'll be terrible.

CarMax is a good idea if you have no modifications to your truck. Otherwise, they will make you a much lower offer because they have to return everything to stock before they can sell it on their lots.

Will check with car max got one local here. Just to check by what I’m seeing in the responses people are lucky to get 50k. I’ve got fuel rims wondering if it’s gonna hurt value I got rid of the stock ones.
