It looks like mid perch. If the shocks have been rebuilt and have a sticker wrapped around the shock body to make them pretty, the bottom snap ring groove gets covered so you cant see it and think its on the bottom one.
Post a couple pictures of the shock bucket (top) and the bottom of shock near the spring perch.

He probably lowered the back, check the shackles.

Any thoughts after seeing the pics above?

Rear looks like stock leaf, shackle and block. Up front I think you may have a lift spacer on top of the shock. Its been a while since Ive seen a stock set up, but I dont think the rubber isolator is that low in the bucket.
Here is a pic of a stock truck I pulled from the internet that shows the rubber further in the bucket than yours.

I agree. My stock setup looks like your internet image.

Here is how the front should look, you definitely have a lift in there.
Aha! Looks like mystery solved. Thanks everyone! I'll remove it and go to mid-perch when I have the shocks redone.

I test drove that first black 2014 Raptor in Apopka and also walked because the dealer seemed so shady. Looks like you still picked up a beautiful truck, though.

Yeah so glad I walked away from that one! When did you drive it?

I noticed it’s off their site now, so looks like someone bought it. Wonder if the dealer ever actually fixed anything?
