Anyone have trouble with the electronic tailgate?

I had my tailgate stick once. It was below freezing outside. I wonder if it had anything to do with water that may have gotten inside of the tailgate and seized up a cable

Yes, was stuck closed and fixed under warranty. I believe it was an actuator rod.
