Anyone else have transmission failure

Already fixed. I picked the truck up Friday. They had if for 1 week. I just brought it to the closest dealership to my house with the highest Google rating. I really dont like going to dealerships at all, had a lot of bad luck and poor care for my vehicles at dealerships in the past. Been wrenching on cars since I was 5 but with all the electronic crap they put on cars today I really didnt have a choice this time.

Ive got a 2 year unliminted mileage warranty on the rebuild.

Would you mind me asking the price of a rebuild? You can pm it to me. I'm curious. Thanks

Thanks Crystal. I will. I do truck my dealer did do the best root cause they could do on it, without tearing things apart. It is not easy for the dealer to repeat, and happens in a specific way, only problem is, the issue I have shows its head in rush hour traffic or driving around town.

No major issues under prolonged, consistent acceleration.

Can you make it happen consistently, Carl? If so, see if you can take your tech on a test drive and attempt to replicate it for them. yes mine did the same thing 39000 miles on my truck no tune and its getting a rebuild, new torque converter, and solenoid. Was really thinking about supercharging it but now don't want to give them any excuse to void my warranty.
