Here's whats going on with my passenger side bolster.

Dealer said they can't do anything even though they know its drying up... They have to wait till it's worse?!?

I don't get it. Ive conditioned my seats from day one. Im more angry at the dealship right now.

Tell me what you think. Out of all of the seats, the passenger left bolster (ONLY) feels like lizard skin.

My seats look like that also. NOT HAPPY. My drivers seat looks like it's coming apart in between the cracks so it's going in.
I also conditioned the shit out of my seats as soon as I got the truck and it still happened.

24,000 miles on my 2010 and still looking good. Just a dent from my pistol butt on the side bolster, no abrasion.

Maybe there is a connection between butt cracks and leather cracking. I am proud to admit that I am an *******, but my seats don't show it.

It seems to me that everyone with seats messing up are using a product on them. Maybe there is a correlation between the two. I haven't conditioned mine and they still look ok

I'd say thats a pretty risky correlation to make and never take care of your seats. They're not invincible and conditioner their kryptonite.

I'm sorry but I don't see the damage KTM is talking about in those 2 pics he posted. I see a seat that looks like it's been sat in a couple times, but nothing I'd call damage whatsoever.

I noticed this, too. Seems like everybody who has used a product other than GJ's H-D conditioner or Zaino (love the stuff for car care, by the way) has problems.

seriously, it might not be the conditioning that is causing the problem. It could be the leather "cleaner" products causing this issue.
