We shall see. I still have not heard anything from them via pay pal or otherwise. In all honesty I'd prefer to get the reciever than my $ back but but with no communication at all (and I mean ZERO) after a number of calls and e-mails I am not too hopeful. I certainly won't pursue a case over $350 bucks but it would be rather annoying.

If the $ comes back i think a vendor on the forum will be getting it.

Still not a peep from anyone over there. I am at this point hoping PayPal covers me and gets me the cash back. The hardest part of modding the raptor for me has been working with vendors.

I will not again buy from someplace that I can't talk to first and order from live. This money will go to some other reputable vendor but I do wish I could have gotten the front hitch. Oh well. Avoid wicked performance is the advice I would give.

Remember PayPal only covers up to 45 days from transaction. Hopefully you're within that time frame.

I haven't heard from them yet either. My previous email from them sounded pretty promising...

Plan on emailing them tomorrow.

I started the dispute with in the 45 day window for that reason. With still no reply I escalated it today. Pay pal says they try to get resolution in 30 days now. I'd still prefer the hitch but at this point I am happy with anything other than nothing.

That's too bad to hear about them, I'm really pleased with my urban assault. Guess I should just be thankful I ordered when I did. Hope you get your bumper or get squared away with a refund

To close this off apparently Pay Pal could not get any sort of response out of Wicked either. Definately in the Red list. I got this note from them today:

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor.

We were able to recover $349.95 USD and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.

Wicked never responded to any of my calls or e-mails and from the case history never replied to pay pal either so I get my $ for the front hitch back. I'd prefer the hitch but at least it's not a total loss. Now I have to determine where to spend it before the wife finds out.
