Does anybody else have exhaust/muffler leaks on their trucks?
I remote started the truck a couple days ago, and as I was walking to the truck, I noticed two puddles underneath. Water is leaking out of both sides(front and back) of the muffler, videos below.

I also noticed another leak today.

Not a huge deal, but for the price of the truck, not what one would expect quality wise. I hate going to the dealer for any reason, especially stupid shit.

Mufflers and resonators usually have small drain holes to prevent build up of moisture. You shouldn't ever really hear it leaking air but from what I know that's exactly how it is supposed to be.

What @waddellw said. One of the by products of combustion is H2O. Water condenses on cold surfaces, and the interior surface of a cold muffler at start-up and after cool-down is cold enough to support that condensation. Before mufflers were routinely made of low grade stainless steel, corrosion was always a factor when they failed. Hence the drain holes in the muffler to let water drain and minimize rust. It's a little less important now that mufflers are made of low grade stainless, but that alloy is not rust proof. It's merely rust resistant.

Mine has a definite leak over the rear axle. Can even feel exhaust escaping with my hand while idling. Typically I'd just loosen the clamp and properly seat the exhaust but it's little things like this that Ford needs to know about that could be possibly slipping through their QC checks (or lack there of). I'm planning on taking it in next week to have the dealer address the issue so it's properly documented.

No idea since the bottom of my truck is packed with snow and ice and has been since the day after I picked it up.
