~50,000 miles on a tune, but not one you buy online or anything, every vehicle is different depending on what you’ve put in/on it, the only way to get a promising reliable tune is to get it done in person and put into your vehicles computer permanently. Good luck brotha!

17,000 miles, highly modified and tuned. No major issues, just a computer glitch in the throttle body communication a couple of times. Easy fix, just a quick reset of the code and back on the road.

Are you asking me, my tune is not MPT?
Sorry, no. I meant that to be a general question for all those that have MPT on their trucks. Trying to decide if I should wait a few 1000 miles or more, or just go ahead and put it onASAP?

I did my MPT tune at 2000 miles only because it took me that long to get the rest of the parts lined up for my build. My truck has over 6000 miles now with no issues.

I just installed MPT recently and it really makes the truck feel great! Throttle lag is gone so I don’t need my pedal commander anymore and the truck feels so light and snappy. The transmission shifts are so much better now - I have the 91PRX tune installed as we don’t have 93 around here. I never feel like I’m running the truck too hard so I’m not terribly worried about the engine.

I have over 20k miles tuned on MPT 93PRX. Still perfect.

Now that you’ve been running for A while...

I’m curious... what’s your impression of it? You’ve tuned multiple platforms yourself over the years with Cobb.

In your opinion.... truth.... is MPT getting it done?

I emailed Cobb asking about the access port and warranty issues. They said they have never had any warranty refusals on any vehicles after the unit was unmarried and returned to stock. They could not confirm any details about the Raptor and it’s ecu regarding retaining and evidence of tuning after returning to stock.
