I am having the wet drivers carpet syndrome in my 2017. I’ve owned the truck for more then a year and have had no issues until this last week when the remnants of hurricane delta came through Georgia. The truck has been in many extended rain storms before so not sure what’s different this time.

I noticed damp carpet under the floor mat. The carpet padding is damp and underneath is slightly wet as well. It doesn’t look like a lot of water, no water is pooling in the sills. I will be checking the roof drain line tmrw but it doesn’t appear to be clogged. If I recall, the ac line is over on the passenger side.

Any other help is greatly appreciated!

Looks like I found the issue... a worn/torn rubber mat. There was a fair amount of water that collected on the mat from using it over the last few days from my shoes and it looks like that is the culprit... SMH. Time for some weathertechs or some huskys?!

Same issue here on my 2019 on the passenger side. Dealer tried to fix it. No results. Wet carpet is part of my life now

Sorry to hear that. I’m hoping the “hole in the rubber mat” is the fix for me. My truck is a 2017 w 28k miles on it.

I would NOT accept having to live with a wet carpet in my Raptor. Dirtypope...I hate to tell ya but...your dealer is blowing you off!!

There is a TSB to install an elbow in the A/C condensate line. Had the same issue on my early build 2019. If you have a sunroof...you may have a clogged drain tube.

I’d recommend you go back to your dealer and insist they properly troubleshoot and resolve your issue. Your other alternative is to take your Raptor to another dealer. Good Luck!!

There's a guy here in the Seattle area that had the same issue with his 17. Id bet money its not the floor mat. Sunroof drains get clogged with debris.

Just had my 2019 in last week for the same wet passenger floor. it was the A/C condensate, they fixed it under warranty from the TSB. Been dry now. I thought it was it because I let the truck idle for a while with AC on and the ground outside was not wet so it was dripping inside.

Had same problem, there was a plug missing at the back of the cab and water was running threw the wiring channel up to the front of the passenger side floor, Ford couldn't find the problem after numerous visits so I got out the garden hose and found the problem fairly quick.

Ford's quality never ceases to amaze me....

I had wet carpet on 2020 Raptor. The issue was leaking windshield. And that's with less than 500 miles on the truck. Dealer ended up replacing windshield and entire carpet inside.

Under no circumstance wet carpet inside the cabin is acceptable. It is a health issue, with mold forming under the carpet. You breathe in that!!!
