I just called the Service Dept.No appointment necessary so I was told.I dealt with Kevin Wilton.RIV-http://www.riv.ca/
By the way,when I called about the lights I was told $125/1hr labor Lol.

Thnx, i've never dealt with the RIV before so i'm not familiar with the process.

If every car is required to have one, I think the dealer it comes into would have to install it before handing it over.
