Am I missing something? Light price rant!

I see what you're saying but some of these guys praise that light.

If no one showed up with that $200 light for the comparison test, than it could not have been tested. It was not excluded for any reason other than no one with a Raptor that bought that light showed up for the test.

Well I'm not going to get into an argument over it. I can't justify spending that kind of money on lights. I don't do a whole lot of night time wheeling anyways. I do like the write up on the test and I wish I had more money to throw at a set of rigids. But if I can get a light at a quarter the price and is descent light I'll have to do that.

Some of these cheap Chinese lights are being imported and branded with different names, So you could have brand A selling for $499 and brand B selling for $200 with two different names, meanwhile they are manufactured in the same plant.
