Aren't Audi bodies aluminum?

The bodies of the US Postal Service delivery trucks are aluminum.

Just for the sake of argument, stainless steel is lighter than both aluminum and non-stainless steel, is a great deal tougher than aluminum and many grades are also tougher than non-stainless steel. If they put enough chromium in it, stainless steel body parts would eliminate body rust.
