James at Alternative Offroad and the techs at Rigid Industries are the best.

James kept me up to date on my order of D2 Dually fogs, covers and my SRM2s. The shipping was super quick and emails back and forth kept me confident after dropping some significant coin on such an order.

Rigid was good to go and helped answer my minor OCD questions to ensure the proper fit and install of my gear.

Both these companies made sure I was amazed with my gear.

Completely agree about James. Great guy to work with.

I have ordered any Ridge products, so I can't comment on that part.

SafeGlo and StickyWhip have been great though.

Additionally Rigid took care of a minor warranty issue for some slightly defective covers. New ones came in ASAP.
