Awesome report. Im planning on a huge road trip this spring. Right now the itinerary includes, Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, Reflection Canyon (if enough time), Alstom Point (if enough time), Tuweep, Monument Valley, and Ah-Shi-Sle-Pah. ill have around 17 days for all of this. What would yall think about leaving your truck at McCarron for 7 days?

Sounds like an Epic Trip. Depending on how much Off-Roading plan on , that may be too much to tackle. In 17 days you would be spending a lot of time traveling from destination to Destination.
PM me if you want any ideas or assistance.
IMHO, trying to do all of that in 17 days might lead to be being a drive-by-tourist. You wouldn’t really get to see those areas and experience them.
We spent 20 days this past summer in one Southern UT location. We did a different trail every day.
I’m confused about leaving your truck at the airport?
