An ecopoof with a trombone twist in the exhaust in an ill attempt to make it sound like a V8 is not the same equipment as a 6.2 supercharged Hellcat. Ram has been making the best interiors for a while now as well. The Raptor R will cost more than the TRX but will likely be on par pricing wise as the TRX Red Eye.

He clearly was referring to equipment besides the engine. It also makes no sense to critic the exhaust without hearing it first. You have no idea what the R will cost, and there's no such thing as a TRX Red Eye. Your judgements are pure speculation.

I heard the new Roush F150 will be supercharged - might be an alternative. But agree with most, very disappointed in the roll out. In a way, relieved, as I love my 2019 with a Roush tune. Also, all the rumors on hybrid combo does not appear in this series of lineups or offerings. I staying with my 19!

Roush is not a factory model; they’re an aftermarket upfitter. Their products are not engineered; they consist of a bunch of aftermarket parts with Roush badges. No comparison to a Raptor.

5Link V8 with the R. Thats what we have been waiting for.... Disappointed? Maybe because you won't be able to afford it but bet it's night and day vs Gen 1 and 2 in the dessert.

SVC Mid Travel until the SVC R package is out. LFG!!!

It's called wisdom in experience. Ford laid a huge egg on this one. Honestly I cant believe that they're voluntarily handing business to Ram like this.

You clearly aren’t comprehending the basics here...the difference in power is why the Raptor costs almost $20k less with the same level of features.

What is your source that the R will cost more than the TRX? You don’t have one, that statement is entirely fabricated.

you may be partially right. This is from autoblog:

Like the rear suspension, the 37-inch wheel and tire package is more than just a bolt-on affair. Opting for it will pigeon-hole you into a bed/subframe configuration that was engineered specifically to clear the larger-diameter tires, and it also comes with an even beefier variant of the standard Fox shocks. So, while Ford may be offering the truck with 37s from the factory, that doesn't mean you can just mount 37s (OEM or otherwise) to any old Raptor.

My fault. I thought I read it was a different frame to allow for the 37" spare tire. Might just be the hitch along with the shocks. I can't be held accountable...I have read way too much about this thing today and watched too many videos lol.

Neither of which you have. You’re a know-nothing troll. You only come out of the woodwork to stir up trouble.
