GEN 1 All 16 new plugs gapped at .38?

Just started a plug/wire change. Bought 16 autolite APP5363 plugs. I checked gaps when they arrived. Every one was .38. So i figured the $2 gap tool was off. I pulled the oe first plug and gapped it at .44. Im not gapping 16 plugs. Am i an idiot? What am i missing?!?

Posted in the wrong place. Couldnt delete it or move it. So... anyways. Plugs were misboxed.
