??? Alignment - Tires ???

Have problems with my front tires.

Caveat: I do not abuse the truck, no YouTube BS...no offroading!

My 2013 SCAB has only 29,600 miles.
Changed the initial set of tires at 23,500 miles as it did not pass inspection.
Did 2 alignments since.

Now at second set of KO2's tires I noticed the front right tires is worn out on the outside excessively. Just did another alignment - 3rd (shop did extra measurements and checked the tie rods, arms, bushings, etc = all OK) but getting very CONCERNED as I believe something is wrong with the truck...NOT THE TIRES!

Any thoughts ?

Mid-perch, anything?
Anything been replaced during it's life besides the tires?

Nope...everything stock 100%...no mods, nothing replaced...

Only thing I can think of is the Knuckle is out of spec or bent.
Post up your latest alignment numbers.

Upright, spindle, whatever you want to call it but it's called a knuckle on the F-150/Raptor....
