Hi all, I am wanting the change my air filter box so I can use a different filter.
Does anyone know what air boxes will work even with minor mods with a Rousch super charger?

Thanks!

Changing the air filter for a Supercharger, limits what you can use.
Going to small or using a paper element will cause loss of HP and could cause engine damage.

Call S&B for filter replacement and the oil and cleaning kit, having two filters is the best way to go, IMHO
You can clean and oil one at your convenance while the other is installed.

This is what I did,

My filter is a shorter fatter shape and the hood crunches it a bit which it shouldn’t. I purchased a new filter but it’s the same. The filters in the picture look longer and thinner.
I have no evidence but in the winter with melting snow I think a little bit of water is going in my filter.

I have a Whipple, it's a much bigger filter. I just showing you an example.

Your hood shouldn't be hitting the filter unless the filter box was installed wrong.
Or if you're not the original owner, the previous could have change the filter and it maybe the wrong filter.
Do you have the rubber gasket on the top edge of the filter box?
That's supposed to help keep the engine heat for entering the CAI

I also use a filter sock for the winter months to keep water off the filter.
