Looks great...black really looks good on the silver...badges and emblem look sweet...I have the retrofits blacked out as well and love em...
how did you do the tails....

Thanks Fred I am really happy with the final product. Really got the look I was going for and was money well spent. I have seen lots of storm troopered white trucks but never in a silver so it has been something I have been slowly working towards.


Dawson seriously did an incredible job on my lights and I cannot say how pleased I am with them. They totally change the look of the truck and are just so damn sexy not to mention incredible lights.

The tails are the Recon LEDs and I really like them alot. Good quality and no issues with water or dirt/mud getting into the housing. The 3rd brake is also recon and I would highly suggest just night shading the stock light versus going for the recon 3rd brake light as the quality is not up to par. Took me a long while to get the wiring correct and doing some retrofitting to make sure the light housing was sealed. In the end it was great for me and I really like it but it is not worth the trouble. IMO.

They were trying to get me to go in for having the digital mud painted on the truck as well as the hood vinyl but after just paying for the pre runner bumper I need to cool it a wee bit as I have a pretty big order going in for some 3 ohs in June.

I dont mind at all buddy. With everything out the door I was $1600 which for what I have seen fenders get painted for I am pretty happy with that. I stopped by tuesday to ask about it, was in the shop wednesday and took her home friday afternoon. Great experience and damn I love the look of the truck.

Thanks man I am really happy with her! now just need my pre runner bumper and we can call it a day! Jeff at RPG has done an amazing job getting me set up with one and I cannot wait to throw it on there Birdman style with a silver skidder.

Haha oh cmon man I need some contrast in my life. Besides somebody has to rep the silver raptors seems like everyone has a black raptor now a days. Though it would look better with boat behind it.

Btw I am looking into a Naval Academy command coin for you. Might as well start a collection bro.

Haha, you know I kid. I do like the contrast. Ive had mine the opposite(black paint gray trim) for the last 3 years so now Im going all black. Fenders are done and look sick, bumper should be done in about 2 weeks ADD race series with stealth panels.

I would love a coin, I have a - sniper company, Chris Kyle Memorial coin coming that will sit proudly on the Hattori Hanzo sword next to team 7. Go Navy.

Nice job Sliver! Just RPG it!! Why Ford did that grey trim I'll never know. Went flat black flares and bumpers myself for TRR, along with Dawson's awesome heads. Bright huh? I need to update a few threads and give him a good plug. Once ya go black......

Thanks alot guys. I know alot of guys have plastidipped their trucks but few have taken the plunge into going for paint so I decided to be the Guinea pig for alot of people on this and I honestly could not be happier with the results.

Cannot wait for my pre runner bumper to get here then get powdercoated. Really really excited about how it will turn out on the truck. Wanted to get the stock front bumper painted in case I ever sold the truck and went back to stock. It looks great IMO.

June will be all all re doing the suspension and I plan on raiding RPG for everything they can get me haha. Got to get ready for the September run!
