Just a lot of variables with the "OR" forged wheels. Cut and coated in house but rings by OMF at totally separate location. Cut at Rotiform, then sent to OMF and then returned to Rotiform for powder. I'm guessing every station was behind on these ones lol. 12 weeks is more common.
