Everyone keep in mind that when calculating where the face of two wheels will be relative to one another, you must take BOTH the offset and wheel width into account (i.e. the outer face of the 17"x8.5" +34 factory wheel will NOT be in the same place as a 17"x9" +34 aftermarket wheel).

Here is the site I have always used to compare wheel offsets: Wheel Offset Calculator | 1010Tires.com

I was comparing 17x8.5 Trophys to the 17x8.5 stockers. That's why I only had to calculate the difference in offset.

Fuel Beast

I'm going to get the Fuel Beast D564, its a 17x9 wheel, offset is +20, Back space is 5.75, I'm being told that they will fit good and almost factory.

Going to powder coat the hole wheel matte black.

Any thoughts on the size and style?

I suggested those wheels to someone here. Then they pointed out that they weigh 36 lbs each. It probably wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. The stock 20's on my FX4 weigh over 30 lbs and my Trail Grapplers weigh 77 lbs.

My guess is they wont break very easy, you would think Knock Knock on wood! For me I don't think they are two heavy, most people run Trophy's and they weigh 31lbs.

They look tough. I love the look. I also like Trophys. Too bad the Trophys don't have a little more positive offset.

Anyone know if the grey on they fuel trophys bevel is a close match to the metallic grey trim paint on the black raptor?

Also the factory beadlocks bevel matches the metallic paint on the trim perfectly and looks really good. If I'd know they were paint matching the wheels I would have gotten the beadlocks.
