Black Rhino Dugged with OEM tires. 17x8.5 +10 and these have removable rings. And I feel dumb for not looking into it earlier but these are one of the lightest wheels available at 24lbs.

Recap: Good offset, hub centric, super light and a removable ring

Does anyone know what Fuel's recommended torque spec is on their beadlock rings? I have a set of Zephyr D100s that I need to recheck and they haven't responded to my email.

They use the same size fasteners as Method and Raceline. 22-24lbs seems to be pretty standard.
